Ruger Mini 14 44 Magnum Review
Lionel Bohn - Gibsonton, West Virginia

Jake got his Ruger last fall at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Silerton. My dad got his rifle at a gun show in Silerton with the 45-70 reloading dies and the bullet mold for a 44 Magnum 550-grain lead bullet.

One drawback is that adding a hard rock maple stock does increase the weight of the Ruger. My friends and I like the 44 Magnum best for deer hunting. His favorite rifle is the 45-70 I picked up online at the NRA store. My dad said his favorite caliber is the 45-70 he got at a NWTF banquet last season. I like Ruger lever actions, but I do have more 45-70 bolts than levers.
